This tea is composed of herbs that increase lactation and help eliminate intestinal discomfort.

Composition :
* Fennel: It is both a diuretic and a carminative
* Lamium: promotes the flow of milk
* Chinese Star Anise: promotes digestion
* Elderberry
* Hops
* Green Anise: helps counter after meal dizziness and aerophagia
* Caraway: Caraway seeds promote lactation

Tasting Advice :
Pour 250 ml boiling water on 2 teaspoons of the loose tea.
Allow to seep / brew for 3 to 5 minutes and filter.
Drink hot after adding a little honey if desired.

To brew the tea in boiling water, you can use a tea pot, a tea infuser, a tea filter or you can place the tea directly into the cup, pour boiling water and strain the tea before tasting.
