Homemade 'extra' jam from the heart of the Alps.

Ingredients: fruit, sugar cane

Tasting Advice :
Take a break and take time to spread a spoonful of apricot jam on a "sablé" (similar to shortbread) or a "fondant aux amendes" (little almond cakes)

The jam goes very well with an assortment of cheese.

You can combine the apricot jam with a Vercors blue cheese, or a Beaufort Cheese summer 2008.

Preserving Advice :
Keep the Forest Fruits Jam in a dry place, protected from light.
