This sausage is made by hand before being dried for at least 4 weeks.

Ideal to accompany a 'raclette'

Tasting Advice:
You can eat this sausage with crispy country bread, with a Small Savoy Ham , a Porcayou and an assortment of cheeses from the Alps.

Remove the sausage from its package for half an hour before serving

Preserving Advice :
Keep the ham in its original packaging in the refrigerator.
Once opened, consume within 3 days.
