This goat's cheese has a subtle taste with flavours ranging from raspberry to hazelnut.

This cheese comes in the shape of Savoy Tomme.

Pure goat cheese made the traditional way, in the foothills of the Chartreuse, near Lake Paladru.


Tasting Advice :
You can taste the Goat's tomme cheese accompanied with Dauphine Walnuts.

Remove the cheese from the refrigerator half an hour before serving.

Keep cheese in its original packaging in a refrigerator at a temperature of 8 °.
