A genuine product with a strong taste for lovers of strong flavoured cheeses,
nutty flavour with a hint of bitterness, supple texture and tender.

Pressed cheese half-cooked, smooth rind with slightly amber colour from golden yellow to brown.

How is it produced? :
The "Abondance AOC fermier" is produced on the farm, from milk from a single herd. Thus, it reflects the expertise of each family, passed on generation to generation. This is what makes it special. During the summer and in mid-May, the cattle go up to the high mountain pastures, where they remain until autumn. The grass is rich and perfumed with the fragrance of mountain flowers. The cheese is then produced onsite by the farmers.

Tasting Advice :
To be enjoyed with a white wine from Savoie.
Remove the cheese from the refrigerator half an hour before serving.

Preserving Advice :
Keep cheese in its original packaging in a refrigerator at a temperature of 8 ° (lowest shelf of the refrigerator).
