Cream cheese, hand moulded by cheesemakers in the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park.

It is a soft cheese from pasteurized cow milk from the Vercors Regional Natural Park.

The "St Félicien" can be identified by its thin rind, a firm pate, which is smooth and slightly salty.

The milk of this cheese comes from herds of Abondances, Villardes and Montbéliardes breeds, fed without silage, with fodder from the pastures of the Vercors Regional Natural Park.

Tasting Advice :

Remove the cheese from the refrigerator half an hour before serving.

Preserving Advice :

Keep cheese in its original packaging in a refrigerator at a temperature of 8 °.
