Authentic product mixing milk and grass aromas, whose production is a perfect illustration "Savoyard" know-how.

It is a summer cheese that is produced in the mountain pastures from 3/4 goat milk and 1/4 cow's milk.
Veined pate (can produce Penicillium glaucum if pierced) its taste is refined over time and gives it a strong character, yet is subtle enough to be consumed by the whole family.


Tasting Advice :
