This is a "must have" when going on your skiing holidays, it is a pleasure to share between your friends, family or as a couple...

The "Raclette" Cheese is best melted, accompanied by potatoes and various dried and cured meats (chacuterie) and you can add vegetables and pickles as an option.

Its rind is smooth and deep orange to dark brown in colour, the pate has a soft yellow ivory colour and it tastes subtle and has a fruity aroma.

Raclette is a semi-soft pressed cheese, made of raw cows' milk

Tasting Advice :

Remove the cheese from the refrigerator half an hour before serving.

Note well: Allow 200g of cheese per person, and about the same amount of cooked potatoes each, with a varied choice of "chacuterie" (smoked ham, ham, dried pork sausage, thin slices of dried beef)
It also can be eaten without melting, after a meal, by cutting into very thin slices along its length, so it will be tender and has a fruity taste.

Preserving Advice :

Keep cheese in its original packaging in a refrigerator at a temperature of 8 °
