This pack contains all the best ingredients to make a delicious "croziflette".

The "gratin de crozets", called "croziflette" is a typical Savoyard dish.

Pack Contains:
* 500g Reblochon fermier AOC cheese (whole)
* 400g Crozets (Savoyard rustic pasta)
* 200g Dry Savoy Ham smoked with juniper.
* 1 wooden box 100% ecological, natural et recyclable


Tasting Advice :
You can serve this dish with a white wine such as Roussette de Savoie.

Croziflette recipe:

Ingredients for 5 people,
300 g Crozets
1 Reblochon fermier cheese (whole)
4 slices of Savoy Ham
1 onion
30cl crème fraiche, thyme and salt

How to make the dish:

1. Cook Crozets for 20min in salted water and bring to the boil.
2. Cut the ham into thin slices, dice a 1/4 of the cheese.
3. Caramelize the onion with butter in a frying-pan.
4. Drain Crozets and pour half of them into a baking dish.
5. Add ham, onions and diced cheese.
6. Add the other half of the Crozets and pour crème fraiche over the contents.
7. Cover the dish with the remaining cheese with the rind of the cheese on the top and sprinkle with thyme.
8. Place in the oven for a few minutes.


Preserving Advise :
Keep the Reblochon cheese and the smoked ham in their original packaging in a refrigerator at a temperature of 8 °.

Store the Crozets in a dry place, protected from light.
